1. Pure website browsing: This website will not collect any personal identity information for pure browsing or file downloading on the Department’s website.

2. Data voluntarily provided by the user and records automatically generated by the server: This refers to information entered when you use the systems provided by this website (e.g., event registration forms), and records automatically generated by the server (including records regarding the IP address of your connected device, usage time, browser being used, click tracking, etc.), through which your personal information may be collected, including your ID numbers, name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, email address, postal code, title, telephone, fax, address, student ID numbers, student department, and student status information.
